Product DescriptionOur TiAl targets are produced by advanced HIP process and vacuum hot pressing process, including planar targets, circular arc targets, cylindrical targets (made by monolithic forming method), etc. It has characteristics of wide component ratio (from 10at%-90at% for Al components), high purity and density, fine and even grain and longer service life, etc.
The typical components ratios for TiAl targets include 33:67at%, 50:50at% and 70:30at%, etc. But we can also produce customized products of Ti - Al - X (X = Si, Cr, Y, B, V, etc) according to customers' special components and specifications.
